Flexible Lessons Credits

This season we officially launched our Flexible and Unlimited Lessons system for anyone who wants to maximize the basketball experience at NYC Basketball. Flexible Lessons work under a credit system, where 1 credit = $1. All Small Group Lessons are worth 50 credits while 1-on-1 Flexible Lessons are worth 115 credits. Flexible Lessons can only be booked by redeeming (paying with) CREDITS. The process is easy, and meant for all our NYC Basketball members to take full advantage of it by upping the basketball level with specific Individual Skills Development.

While most sessions are open to anyone who wants to have a Skills Lesson, sometimes as an NYC Basketball member you may receive invitations to attend Clydes-priority sessions (The Clydes are our club teams) to share the session with our Clydes players. Each session is staffed according to the capacity and confirmed attendance. It is important to follow through the time guidelines to guarantee your spot in the session you want, as registration sessions will close by Fridays 4:00 pm, the week immediately before your session. Also, beware of the cancellation guidelines as credits will not be refunded to the account past certain deadlines.

For Available Clydes-Only or Clydes-Priority Lessons, a private link will be shared to those invited to these sessions.

To book a Flexible Lesson, you must have credits in your account to use towards the sessions. The only 2 ways to have Flexible Lessons Credits is to purchase one of our Flexible Lessons Packages or to have acquired free credits through the Clydes membership. Timeline To Book a Flexible Lesson Spot

To guarantee your spot for a Flexible lesson you must be fully registered by 4:00 pm the Friday of the week before the session you want to book.

Example:

To Register for a session on Saturday Dec. 1, 2018, you must have registered by Friday Nov. 23 at 4:00 pm.

At 4:00 pm on Fridays, registration for the following week (Monday to Sunday) will close.

Cancelling or Re-Scheduling

Given that flexible lessons require dynamic staffing and planning, there are NO credit refunds for no shows. Available Spots are assigned on a First Come First Served basis. If you will not be able to make it to the session, please email help@callplaybook.com to cancel your spot according the the following timelines:

Timeline for Flex Lessons Cancellation

Cancellation by Wednesday 6:00 pm, the week before the scheduled session(s) will result in the full credits added back to the account.
Cancellation between Wednesday 6:00 pm and Thursday 6:00 pm, the week before the scheduled session will result in 50% of credits restored in your account.
Cancellation after Thursday 6:00 pm the week before the scheduled session will result in ZERO credits restored in your account.

Make sure you are logged in to the account you have registered with. If you have multiple emails or need to have your account accessed by more than one person, just make sure it is always under the same login information that you got your credits on (Normally the one you receive payment communication and emails to).
